Exams…
I got home on Friday evening from a week of exams for one of the courses that I’m studying, and had to almost immediately begin studying for this week (another week of exams, this time for Theology).
It’s hard to stay focussed… oh well, off to college now to try to get some revision done before the first exam this afternoon…

Not feeling particularly good about today’s exam… by the way, the Jacob cycle wasn’t part of it – Joseph cycle again!

Hope you feel better after your John exam today mate. Just think, the only thing that stands between you and a Dip. Th. is Church History tomorrow!

Thanks Nathan.
I feel quite a bit better about John than I did about OT.
I know I should be revising for Church History, but I’m finding it a bit hard to focus right now. Maybe I just need a couple of hours off…

i’m doing my greek exam tomorrow morning… any pass will be purely the grace of God and his grace alone

And now you’re ALL done! How do you think Church History went?

Well, all done!
Assuming I pass all three subjects that I did this semester, I can put the letters ‘Dip. Th.’ after my name.
I feel pretty ok about today’s exam, so we’ll just have to see how I actually went.

Your comments didn’t get approved until after I’d posted that, but for the purposes of this conversation I was inviting whoever wants to come… to dinner last Thursday evening (at TWO FAT OLIVES pizza restaurant, in Mascot).

I think the history exam went ok, I concentrated on Augustine and Monasticism, with a short (less than a page) ‘essay’ on the Council of Chalcedon. Hopefully I’ll scrape through all three exams with passes or better.
