Tree harvesting has never been so fun!
I saw this machine on an episode of Grand Designs last week. It’s bloody amazing! They use this machine in Finland to harvest forests for log cabins etc. It’s awesome! It fells, strips, and cuts to set log sizes in about 25 seconds.
What will they think of next…? Soon we’ll be eating sliced bread!

Everyone seems more impressed by the jaffel iron…
Hey, I love the jaffel iron, but did you look at this thing? C’mon! This thing reprents everything that’s good about the human will do destroy with efficiency.

Yeah I’ve been toying with the idea of just writing a short comment about getting this machine over to the Amazon cause there’s a lot of good wood there.
But our blog now is international, (I heard your sister read it once) so who knows what sort of greenies or whatever read it and I’m all about keeping the fans happy.

I was also going to contact them and see if I could borrow it to cut me some firewood, but all the potential recycling, junk mail and plastic bottles and the like, is keeping it going fairly well at the moment.
