the fold out ironing baord
Oh yeah! here it is!
in all it’s glory!
An hour of work, a hack saw, a drill, some aluminium channel, some screws, a bit of ingenuity, and $25.00 later… a fold out ironing board that packs away quite nicely!

Well, we went and saw Pearl Jam last night at Acer Arena Olympic Park, and they were as good as ever!!!
This must be the forth or fifth time we’ve seen them since Eastern Creek in 1995, but they haven’t lost a beat! And I’d see them a sixth time if they come out again.
That is all for now, because i really should be studying for exams…
The Sydney anglicans gave it a good review:

I had let my facial hair go a little wild of late, but have finally built up the courage to shave it into a mo… a handle-bar mo even… (Pictures will follow at some stage).
Well it is Movember: www.movember.com.
Not a lot more has been going on, with Caleb around there has been a little less sleep, although last night I think I slept through some crying here and there. But all in all he has been having not too bad a nights and we generlly sleep in anywhere from 3 to 5 or 6 hour blocks.
We moved house last weekend, and really haven’t been there much since, well not enough to get everything organised. We really like the place, one of the things I’m looking forward to most is the big double garage to play in. Also there some pretty good gardening type areas that will be fun to do stuff in. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not into the flowery type stuff, but more the, I suppose you would call it, landscaping side of things.
Touch footy was a lot of fun again this week, the last two weeks we have won 10-5 then 10-3, the problem with that is that being the beginning of the season they are all ‘grading games’ which means that we might be put in a higher grade than we would like to be.
Well… you know how we’re all going freaky Peral Jam crazy lately because “the jam” (as we in the biz like to call ‘em) are down under at the mo, and our mate Michael Murray (aka Muzza) is like the world’s biggest ‘Jam’ fan, and after going to every single ‘Jam’ concert in Sydney since the famous ’95 Eastern Creek concert, Muzza finally met Eddie!
That’s right, Muzza saw “the jam” in Sydney at their 3 shows and then travelled to Newcastle for the final concert in Oz after which, he met Eddie at his hotel on Monday night (20th Nov?) by kinda co-incidence.
Eddie was very obliging by all reports so far, and gave Muzza at least 15 minutes of his time plus a few hugs and a photo.
Needless to say Muzza’s as happy as a pig in poo about the meeting, and the rest of us say “it’s about time!”
Muz was bound to get a meeting one day, and Eddie will be a better man for it.
Now my claim to fame is that I know the guy who met Eddie.
Oh yeah, that’s right.
Had a bit of a hard time remembering my log-in details here, but I think I’m ok now.
This weekend Vanessa and I are heading to Dubbo to see our new nephew. I think it might be time to break out the Akubra…
