Getting a New Motor… Finally!!
I blew the head gasket, cracking the head in the process, on my car months ago.
Finally this week it looks like I’m going to buy a new motor for it. The rest of the motor was ordinary and it wasn’t worth just replacing the head and we can’t afford a new car so…
So this weekend I think we’ll be ripping out what’s left of the old one and dropping the new one in. By we I mean my friend who’s a mechanic, I’ll stand around offering help and asking dumb questions.
It’s a good excuse to have a bunch of guys around kicking tyres, cooking a BBQ, and have a few beers, or bundy and cola’s.
Should be a good weekend.
